should i change my jets
i have a 99 mach1 skidoo 700 triple,it used to have a tuned pipe on it but the wardens made me get rid of it or i was going to get a fine, the last owner who owned it put size 300 main jets in it,it calls for 290 whats difference will it make if i leave the 300 in,and ive tried castro, synsnow, and ams oil ,and she still smokes like a basterd is that normal, the oil adjustment as low as i want to put it.could because the jet size?

I'm no expert, but usually aftermarket pipes increase the airflow through the motor so you need to jet richer. If you change back to stock pipes you'll need to jet it back leaner. Being rich could be causing the smoking problem. How do your spark plugs look? Black or light brown? If they're black and wet, you should jet down some.

Rubi's got it right.
If you take the pipes off the sled and switch back to stock exhaust, you should change back to the stock jetting. That will solve alot of your problems.
