Zr 580
Clutch side there is a plate that covers the seal if that plate is loose would that effect cranckcase presser and cause engine to kill wothout choke even after warmed up

loctite works better than neverseeze!

what happened when you put the plate back on?

OCR 12-21-2009 10:17 AM

If the cover is loose enough, the seal can push right out of the case!

Madcow 12-21-2009 10:43 AM

stupid cats.

OCR 12-21-2009 04:28 PM

That's why you use loc tite on the screws, so that will not happen.

Madcow 12-21-2009 04:42 PM

not never seez? hmm intersting. so you are saying that if said zr580 owner had put never seez on them bolts he would be riding right now instead of diddling around? ha!

OCR 12-21-2009 04:56 PM

Knock it off, ya bummm!
You know better than that!!

Madcow 12-21-2009 05:10 PM

I do know better, but when the apprentice was putting his zr 580 together i didnt see what he did. we never seezed alot of the bolts on that cat engine becuase they are a bugger.

thefasterthebetter 12-21-2009 07:09 PM

well that said "master" cough cough should have told the apprentice where the lock tight was so he could use it

OCR 12-21-2009 08:01 PM

It would appear that the "master" needs to be "schooled"!!

Madcow 12-22-2009 10:33 AM

2 against 1 what the heck?

thefasterthebetter 12-22-2009 06:56 PM

My plan worked the sled is ready and the bum is quiet and all is good

thefasterthebetter 12-23-2009 06:59 PM

Madcow may have some knowledge after all he wants an appolige so here it is
If u can dish it but u cant take it get of the site

DirtylilWolfess 12-24-2009 01:31 AM

If you can't take the time to spell out "you" instead of "u," get off the site. C'mon already. I hate deciphering "text language" in forum settings (as do a lot of others here).

Now that I've officially bitched all over you :) , I'll be a further bitch and side with the master on this one. Minion (er...apprentice) should've taken the asked where the loctite was. Ha!

Madcow 12-24-2009 05:43 AM

ha!hows the zr running now?!

thefasterthebetter 12-24-2009 12:23 PM
