Just enough snow to ride in town. Lots of snow(12-28") an hour to the northwest and north east of town. 18-24" of ice on the lakes,,and the ice shack(hut) fishing is in full swing.
went on the first poker run of the season yesterday.
trails/ditches in the city are good enough kind of(8-12")
but about an hour to the east, west and north the snow is good (12-28")
the ice is 18-24",, most of the rivers are frozen.

Further south in Minnesota we've got plenty ice fishing going on, but very little sledding. A few sled tracks on the lakes, but there's not enough snow anywhere else. Looks like you're doing a lot better up there!
I wish we had ice.
Just saying, up until last weekend's clutching adventure, I'd been fishing every weekend.
grand portage MN and the Thunder bay area ONT groomed trail systems are open now.
awesome weather,,broke some 40 miles of trail down the old logging roads north of town. The groomed trails were fun too.
