1997 Polaris Indy500 SKS

I'm kind of testing the waters here but serious at the same time. I picked this up 2 years ago with a bent tunnel. I have straightened and reinforced the tunnel with fishbones off an edge chassis. Red skidplate. Sled runs good and rides good. Don't remember how many miles are on it off the top of my head but I beleive there to be almost 5000 miles. Track(133.5") is studded. Body is beat up, but for the price you really couldn't go wrong. Sled is still in storage but will be pulled out very soon, can take more pictures if interested.
I'm thinking $800 :sexyt:

LMAO, which category does he fit into most of the time? I know there are several that he is in but I wanted to hear it from you.

1. Spends too much time under his boss's desk.
2. Spends too much time wearing wifey's underwear.
3. Spends too much time on a snowmobile website but will never ride again.
4. Spends too much being his wife's bitch.
5. President of the Whipped club
6. Fill in the blank

What's the comp #s?

I can prob sell it for you

I know a few guys looking for sleds..

stagesrt4 10-07-2012 12:52 PM

Why doesn't Shane ride this? Or do u have others for him

I sold my 99 RMK 500 for $1300

N yours looks in better condition lol

Gotmud 10-07-2012 01:39 PM

It's pretty rough, looks better in pics lol. I'll pull it out and get some pics of the damaged tunnel. I can check comp for you, I have to take the Aaen pipe off still too. That is a SN price too.

I want Shane on a shorty Fanner sled, super lightweight without too much power. He had a hard time manuevering the 133in corners, I want to make sure he can man handle his sled when he tries off trail this year. He plans to ride his own in the Yoop this year.:thumbss:Looking for an xcf440 or something similar. Leaning toward a 440 and has to be fan cooled. I've looked at xcf440s and z440s, hell even looked at some IQ 550 fanners.

Wanna come and get it?
I have an 86 Indy Trail 440f for $450.

Gotmud 10-07-2012 02:27 PM

Long drive lol. I will keep it in mind though.:thumbss:
