Eh wives get mad about snowmobiles anyways lol. They can be considered our mistresses, and my wife knows that lol. Dan at Indy Specialties rebuilds cranks. They rebuilt the 700 Dragon Rock sent to him. His reputation really speaks for itself.:thumbss:

First off, welcome to the Nutz Bigdaddy! Two cranks in 200 miles seems like there might be more wrong than just the crank. Have you had you cases inspected to make sure all of the tolerances are within spec.? Is the PTO side breaking or what exactly is happening with the crank when it breaks?

When you fixed it before, did you go with the WIDE bearing or just replace the crank and go?

You've got something else going on with that sled. Dragon 800's are not known for breaking cranks. That was a problem with the VES 800's. Yeah, Dragon's do break cranks, but it's because there's chunks of cylinder and piston skirt bouncing around in there.
