One last thing.. Ski pressure issue
On the 99 600 RMK that now has new reeds and no leaks, when I am turning slowly, it seems that there is no ski pressure and she doesn't want to turn. Skis and carbides are fine. As I accellerate or at speed it's fine. Do I tighten the front limiter strap and/or loosen the rear straps to increase ski pressure at low speeds? Shock adjustment up front also? Or both til it steers better at low speeds?
She turns fine in powder of course but a bit wide in the hard pack..
Thanks again for helping me with all these issues :)
that means drive full throttle and then slam on the brakes and turn when you're on the brakes. even in the parking lot. also be sure to record yourself driving your snowmachine :mr:
lol, just kidding. pull your strap tighter and stiffen your rear spring. pull the strap tight first and see how you like it. if it needs more stiffen your rear spring.
Lol.. Thanks.. On the slate for tomorrow morning! We have what looks like will be a fun weekend out here. It's still coming down!! Yea!!
