Default 1991 formula plus 583

just bought a ski doo formula plus 583 1991 it runs good butt needs tlc it needs skies but not sure what i should get fir it plastic or not powder or not what is the best kind for not that much money and also the hood is a little busted up want to fix and maybe paint it it is red now want to paint ot black and yellow what would you do any help would be nice thank you

Well, to address your questions....

Plastic is the way to go unless funds are extremely tight.
Style of ski is dependent on what riding you plan to do so without knowing that can not suggest a style.
If the hood is mostly intact I would repair it, if completely trashed hunt for a replacement.
Color scheme is personal choice... If not keeping stock then I would personalize the sled any way you like.
