Default stupid bitch!!

RAEFORD, N.C. — A Hoke County preschooler was fed chicken nuggets for lunch because a state worker felt that her homemade lunch did not have enough nutritional value, according to a report by the Carolina Journal.
The West Hoke Elementary School student was in her More at Four classroom when a state employee who was inspecting lunch boxes decided that her packed lunch — which consisted of a turkey and cheese sandwich, a banana, apple juice and potato chips — “did not meet U.S. Department of Agriculture guidelines,” the Journal reports.
The decision was made under consideration of a regulation put in place by the the Division of Child Development and Early Education at the Department of Health and Human Services, which requires all lunches served in pre-kindergarten programs to meet USDA guidelines.
“When home-packed lunches do not include all of the required items, child care providers must supplement them with the missing ones,” the Journal reports.
The student’s mother told the Journal she received a note from the school about the incident and was charged $1.25 for the cafeteria tray, from which her daughter ate three chicken nuggets.
The note explained how students who did not bring “healthy lunches” would be offered the missing portions and that parents could be charged for the cost of the cafeteria food, the Journal reports.
The mother, who was not identified in the report, expressed concerns about school officials telling her daughter that she wasn’t “packing her lunch box properly.”

Fucking state worker that thinks they know shit and feed the kid shit! There is no nutrition in chicken scraps and breading! I think I would be in court just to fuck with the state!

Wow I can't believe they picked her packed meal apart. I expected to read some crap for a lunch, but sounds like mom packed a great school lunch? I'd also have them fuckers in court, just to teach them a lesson.

Technically, it is legal I believe. Taking them to court would be a waste of time. Its all part of Obama's health care plan.

I will say inspecting kids lunches that are packed by parents is an over-reach and should not be done. But I dont see a problem feeding kids that eat school lunches a healthier lunch. The kids seem to be getting fatter by the year. Dont know if its from McDonalds or lack of exercise they get. Shit, when I was a kid we would be outside from sunrise to well after sunset and very few kids I went to school with were over wieght, Now it seems to the majority of kids are overwieght.

4-Year-Old's Drawing Leads to Dad's Arrest

Posted by Julie Ryan Evans on February 27, 2012 at 10:01 AM
One day last week at school Jessie Sansone's 4-year-old daughter drew a picture of a man with a gun. The teacher didn't like it, so she called Family and Social Services. If you think that's an outrageous overreaction, just wait.
According to the Calgary Herald, when Jessie went to pick up his daughter and his other children at the end of the day, he was handcuffed, arrested, and strip searched, as they looked for this gun. They did actually find one after they went and searched the family's home in Ontario ... only it turned out to be a toy. Yes, the only gun in the entire house was a toy gun.

That would be a lawsuit if it were me. How can you arrest someone with no evidence of anything, and then search the mans home. How could you get a search warrant on the evidence they had. I would also be suing the judge for granting it. Then I would just start punching people, then I would go and burn the teachers house down.

Crap like that makes me made!!!
