It looks like the next 48 hours is going to bring measureable snow in most of MN! The arrowhead might get 20 inches! I'm sure you are all checking John Dee and 30 other forecast websites, so that isn't news to the weather aficionados in the group.
What is newsworthy is that my stoke is at near record levels right now, and it's left me dangerously susceptible to Gerbil and Rubi's sled buying taunting and rhetoric. Damnit! Once that white stuff starts puking all over us tomorrow, I don't know if I'll be able to hold out!
Harry - I have been in some chainsaw credit trouble for the last couple of years, and recently a scorched earth smear campaign against Mookster's good name has ravaged West Central Minnesota. So last week I sprang into action and retired about 80% of the debt. For the last two years, this debtor (a dude by the name of Ill Bill) kept me in constant fear of beatings and chainsaw repo. That scared me away from making any bitchin' capital improvement moves, but I think buying a sled makes sense now because there is a much smaller threat of broken knees or shins this winter.
If my house gets over 8", I think I will have to buy a sled. I am open to 400's
All your friends are doin it. Rubi has a sled that is king of the mountain two years running. Baller upgraded his with a windshield that isn't cracked. Your bro bought a sled that breathes fire for God sake.
Now we just have to hound him day in and day out until he buys one.
You mean like we have for the past 3 seasons?
On a side note, I think I'm bringing my nephew to Driggs to ski with you guys. He doesn't ride but loves to ski, and I was telling him I plan to come out end of Feb or early March. He wants to come ski, if you guys will let him lol. He is experienced skier but never been to the mountains.
