wow that sucks.

If you've go any documentation to back up the agreement I'd be taking them to court since they're probably not going to offer to pay Himark to do the repairs...

I KNOW they won't offer to pay that.
I held up to my end in that I paid for all of the parts on it.
I know I have to pay High Mark for the work they are doing and they do need paid.
The agreement with the previous shop was verbal and so being done with them is the best thing I can do. Directly after I do my best to make sure others don't make the same mistake I did.

I think I accomplished what I wanted.
I even told them all the way through that I was going to put pictures of the build out on all the sled forums.
Now I think it's time to let that shop and the whole negative part of the experience be behind me now where it belongs.
Time to look now at what the sled is being finished up as.
It's still a bad assed sled.

The sled is done now and looks great.
Motor runs good and all.
It's costing me $3900 to fix everything they had screwed up.
Basically it was take it all apart and start again.
53 hours plus parts.

Not really. The first shop simply doesn't care and won't take any responsibility what so ever.
I could take them to court but thst still does not make them pay.
So basically I'm screwed out of another $3900.
