Default 650 Indy Triple converting to a 800 XCR sand drag quad

Please reply with any helpful answers.... I have a Sand drag race quad that currently has a 650 Indy Triple in it now, i just purchased a used 1999 800 XCR triple, besides the obvious of making new motor mounts and setting it in the quad, what will i need to make this motor run correctly in the summer months, and what else will i need to purchase to make it work?, electronics etc.. I appreciate all the help you can advise and give me!!!

Larger carbs [if they did not come on it] 38 or 40mm TMs.
Jetting for temp obviously and depending on what pipes it has you will need to recalibrate your clutching. [you will have to anyway just because it is a bigger motor]
You may have to get another clutch too as the 800 has a 33mm long taper stub.

Where in Michigan are you? I know a few people running similar setups.
