Bullit, we were just a phone call away - did not know if you were serious about going or not!
Yes, we only got to enjoy one day of sledding with them
Next year, we are going to take them to our neck of the mountains - our secret spots - for some good deep powder riding, boondocking and hillclimbing!!!!!

WOOT!!

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack.

Made it back safely to NY, and was able to dig myself out from under about 300 e-mails at work this morning, so I'm ready for the team ride report. LOL

AWESOME to meet indy and rmker!

New thread in order?

BTW, we do not have a NY accent. LOL, I lost my Long Island accent a long time ago, and my dad still has a bit of a twinge, but nothing like what they really have downstate NY. lol

very nice! it would be nice to have your vision impaired by mountains rather than looking out into the distance and seeing where the ground meets the sky... how many miles did you guys put on in that one day? I hear if you put on 60 mountain miles it feel's like 200 miles of flatland riding is that true? Good to hear it was fun and you guys had a good time.

You'll have to get Rip'n to answer that question for you,we have never riddden in the flatlands. I can say - that we can be out riding a good 4 or 5 hours and only put 30 to 50 miles on the sleds. But that is a lot of off trail riding, playing in deep powder and hill climbing.

I'd have to agree, we've gone thru a tank full only to realize we only rode 50 miles.
