Ok.
The last Dragon setback was the last.

Pipes were shortened up with out my knowledge to fit the chassis. They don't build power.
Another set of pipes plus paying fabrication costs to have them properly altered on top of everything else is just getting way too expensive.

Today I picked up a really clean 04 Vertical Escape chassis to drop my Ultra motor into with a set of SLP pipes.
I have almost everything to put this together now.
Should be able to ride it in a couple weeks.
It's getting my bar risers, gripper skis, and a bunch of stuff off the Dragon.

Once dialed in, the next steps are big bore and nitrous.

Dude, that Dragon build was a nightmare. That Edge should rip. 159" would be nice for all your planned power. Find a 600 to put in the Dragon chassis.

My bad.
It's a Vertical Edge. Not Escape.

I'm actually going to part out Dragon.
Renee and I are taking the 2 little sleds up today.
I'll get some pics up later.

I still don't think the standard IQ chassis is all that much better than the edge chassis anyway when they are both set up well. The 09+ IQ raw did get a little better.

It's coming together nicely.
Should be ready for maiden voyage week after next.

This project has a name now too.
Project Ultra-Vert
