Its Fuckin windy out there!! Made it most of the way home (after driving through a whiteout in NW WI) get onto hwy 61 and my hood blows OFF, while goin 70mph! I think I must have hit about a 40mph gust so there was 110mph of wind velocity!

Now before you wonder how a hood could blow off at only 110mph, I had to load my sled into my truck backwards since the wider ski stance doesn't fit between the wheel wells, but I made it all the way home, checked everything in Duluth, and it blew off 15mi from home

Oh man does that suck and only 15 mi from home makes it even worse. Sorry to hear about your hood, is it fixable or trashed?

I'll get a picture once the wind dies down and I dig my truck outta the snow. But after it blew off it hung there by the gauge/speedo wires, so i drug it down the hwy for a few miles lol

I really dont care about the hood, it was junk anyway, and the windshield gota lot of road rash but i think the gauges are still fine.

A bit breezy?? I have to leave in a little bit to spent the rest of the day and most of the nite running one of the kids Cat skidsteers.
The snow is too heavy for the plows to push so we have to use the skidsteer.
Not good when he has 2 Boss plows and you can barley push it with those.
Let the fun begin.

I just got done pushin this snow around with a 4 wheeler, the plow floats above the snow so you gotta make a couple passes, but it'll do it!

Have fun in the skidsteer, hopefully you have a closed cab...

Theres a pretty descent drift off the airport runway here, although we didn't get as much snow as I was thinking we might get, the wind made some big drifts
