he would gain 6" on the ground in length but if the track is 15" wide we would gain 90 sq inches. that's a big footprint in the snow.

^^^ yep, the 6 inches wont be that different on the trails but a good helper off trails.

I thought about it some more and will keep my 141" this year. The sled is clean, looks purdy and should be a blast anyway. Maybe next year I'll move up to a 153" or bigger and sell the Apex...

I love my 141". Wouldnt want anything longer. Its awesome for playin in the powder and trees. Itll climb most hills. Mountains is another story but I dont have many huge mountains around me.
