Default Gas leak

This has kinda been bothering me for awhile. When I get on a rough section of trail I have gas coming out from by the filler. Only happens when the tank is about 3/4 full or more. Right by the filler there are 2 small vent holes where I know the gas is coming from. Anyone have any ideas on how I can stop this?

Sled is a 2000 500 XCSP. My dads XC has a something around the filler hole and doesn't have this problem. The other XCSP's I've looked at don't have anything going around the filler hole either.

Thanks,
bassdocktor
