Default Txl 340

Compression is under 100psi both sides and it start when it dam well feels like it. cold, 3 or 4 pulls. after running, it is a M/F sometimes. Thinking this summer it will get a rebuild. My understanding is that stock 340 sport pistons are .020 over and the ports are higher then the stock TXL piston. Not looking for full race but I might as well twist its tail a little while i am in there.
Sooo what are good mods for this motor??

bore it .20 over an get the wiseco prolite pistons. if i remember right they are the same part # as the ones for the centurion. find a set of pipes, jet 2 sizes up and let 'er go. did mine 5 years ago and do nothing but speedruns with it and has held together great. pushin' 80mph consistantly out of a little 340 in 1,000 foot on ice.
