Today, racing my local circut, we had a sweet little change of events. Things went from perfect rotoracing conditions, to "holy muddy flooded batman."
It poured so hard during my first race that I couldn't see much of where I was going, let alone the other riders. Then during the last lap, when barely sludging through the foot deep muck, things let up to nearly nothing. Lap counters had to wipe off my plates and gear just to figure out who the hell I was, but I actually landed in a decent second place. This is a shot of what things looked like when they called the race (very shortly later).
Yes, that white thing is a spur of the moment slip n' slide. It was awesome.
