MX86 is the resident shock rebuilder around here. He can DEFINITELY beat those rates. Also I am going to extend the Storm....but I dont know how soon and have a very nice 121 studded that I could sell you. But in all honesty....get a deeper lug so you can hook up. They spin like a bitch.

He doesn't need a deeper lug if he plans to just trail ride. And the deeper lug would just require extra tuning depending on how deep he went.

I beg to differ. Get a ripsaw 121 1.25, and stud it. It will be night and day. Your right in the fact that he doesnt NEED it, but it would help a ton.

Differ all you want... I've seen the difference with a ripsaw conversion. It was nice, but was not necesary to enjoy a ride on the trails.

Like I said I agree with you, but performance would increase with the ripsaw. I still have fun with the 121x.92, but I would have more fun with the 136 that I am putting under there.

I had almost exactly the same sled, 296 studs and it still spun. Unless you want to lose performance, it will always spin.

Buy Dirty_Harry's track when he takes it off. It will fit perfectly.
