before you change springs are the rollers touching the wieghts with the engine off? if the rollers are not snug up to the weight that will raise the engagement rpm of any spring/weight combo. everyone is told to shim there primary for there belt clearance. I will go against conventional thinking and say piss on belt clearance, make sure the rollers are tight against the weights first.
