Was up in Bemidji two weeks ago for the vintage ovals and Brainderd AC was giving demo rides. Expecting a 30 second rip accross a beat up lake I was pleasantly surprised of the offer of a 30 mile cruise. Started the first half on a new F8 and rode home on a F6. Ive always been an advocate of bigger is better but not in this case. Both were great ride and I could see myself getting something similar at some point in time. Seemed more like riding an ATV than a sled. Quite a bit different than what I am used to. I think I guy could put 300 miles on in one day and still make it to work that evening with no ill effects. The 800 seemed like a pooch in comparison the 600. Either that or it wasnt running/clutched right.
Regardless of above faults. It was an incredible experience. Getting back on my extra 10 after riding those for an hour was like jumping on a riding lawnmower sad to say.
Not so sure id transfer to cat but it made me think of getting the Poo Shift at some point in time which I believe would have a similar ride/performance as the f6?
