Red face XLT 1994 Clutch and/or gearing

Ok looking for suggestions....New at the gearing and clutch set-up so if speaking in code please keep it simple for my sake.

1994 xlt stock.
Changed the muffler to a DG can.
Extended stock skid and added 1 1/4", 136" track.
Now just puchased an edge 121 suspension that I will be adding the extensions to and putting the 136" track back on.

This is where i need some advice...

I am a trail rider, and lake runner in Canada...lots of open area and tight trails.

Hammered down the lake throttle to the bar holding 8000 rpm and speedo only reading 80 mph MAX. I like where the clutches engauge...they are at a lower rpm (can't remember right now but will let you know asap) for breaking trail that is nice to have a lower rpm engaugement...but am looking for a little more speed...lower to mid speed pick up for me I am happy but would like some more speed.

Usually you will have to sacrafice something but woundering if you can break it down?

Can It go faster

Can I start with the easy fixes then go to other more intense ones.

Do you know what weights, springs, helix, and gears are in it now?
You don't have to flinch for me to know that you're scared.

i know where you should start! 8000 rpm is not bad for hardpack trails, if it was a cross over sled i would clutch for closer to 8300 rpm, lose a little pull for faster throttle,

80 mph in fresh snow with a 1.25 track on a stock old xlt is not bad either.

if gearing is stock you can easily drop 1 tooth on top and go up 1 tooth on bottom.

i liked the almond gold primary for an aggressive setup, brings engagement close to the 5 grand mark for more punch down low.

secondary i would go with a stiffer spring and bigger helix. pretty much any used 46-34 to 50-34 can work with a silver blue secondary spring.

Thanks Madcow,,,kinda just wanted to know if I change the stock clutch setup and or the gearing if it could do more...Like I said earlier I am not unhappy...If it can go faster I would like it too. that is all.

I will post the current weights and springs.
