It's probably worth upwards of $100, would sell to you for $50. The problem is it's at my parents house and I'm not sure when I'll be back there.

If it seems like something that could work, and you guys want to do the deal, I could pick it up later this week and ship it. I'll be in Duluth, so a little run to Two Harbors wouldn't be bad if you really want it.

I thought you already were using a U-cooler? I think you have something wrong other than not enough cooling surface area, because Gerbil's sled never overheats, and he has less cooler than you do, IBS.

Everything I've read has said the 02 XCSP's overheat. Gerbil has an RMK doesn't he?

Yes, but that has no tunnel coolers; only a line through the edge of the running boards, and a small square cooler in the back of the tunnel.

you can get the 3" wide by 1/2" tall stuff for the mountain sleds at$17 bucks a foot, then weld up what you want. you literally could have 4 strips up in the tunnel. that can cool a big cc engine it will keep your 700 cool.

I have one from a 90 Wildcat, big enough to cool your house with if necessary.

It can be separated into two sections though.

I think I'm going to take the running board coolers off my extra Wedge chassis I have, and run those down the middle. If that doesn't fix it I'm selling the fucker.

I would concentrate on getting snow consistently on what you've got. That's where all the cooling comes from. Do you have a big truck mudflap like Powersledder yet?

No idea what your sled has for coolers. But i have some extra ones, i got a bunch of 98 xc 700 style tunnel strips.. 96 mxz, theyre pretty wide, but theyre also yellow and dono if you could get them on there.. I also have a 98 rmk tunnel cooler, its the two piece one that goes on the rear of the tunnel and you have to cut a big hole out of the tunnel. Prolly nothing that would work tho

IBS, do you have the square, RMK style, cooler at the back of the tunnel? I think it's hard to get snow back to the stock coolers in the tunnel if you've extended it.

I do not have the square cooler at the back, that's why I'm putting the running board coolers under the tunnel at the back.

I think if you get some kind of cooling right in back where the snow comes up off the flap, your problems will be over. Just throwing more and more cooling area at the problem won't get you where you need to be, and who wants to run all that extra coolant through a system big enough to cool a Cat D10? Pretty soon you'll have a wet weight higher than a Yammi!

Rubi has a point. I have a square cooler that goes under the seat on a 96 wedge if you need it.

No I don't, I have mig and arc welders. I want a tig welder though lol. I can weld aluminum with one of my migs, it's alot harder than a tig welder to maker sure it's not going to leak. Tig welder is really the way to go.
