Anyone wanna go?

I am planning on riding there in the next two years. Its gonna be expensive but an experience... and I gotta do it while I am young.

If it within the next 2 years and not tomorrow, I'm in, as will be Jason. We discussed going this year, plans kinda fell thru.

I found myself pouting like the fatkid that doesn't get a fudgebar the whole time it played. I've never ridden in snow that deep and can't wait until I do. I'd have to wear rubber underwear because I'd be cummin lol.

Ever see that video from Revy where the guy and snowmobile go under the snow? We'll have to talk as this gets closer. I might fly and rent... I priced a tour and with a rental it is around $2500. That covers lodging, gas, oil, food, rental and guide.

Yep I think I've seen the video you speak up slant eye. I just looked at mapquest, 32 hr drive for me lol. I'd actually consider a package like that cuzz, what was that for a week or 10 days? I would definately have to fly in a rent somewhere like that.

5 days straight at that altitude, you'll quit.

My target day is now Monday May 12th. They go in the garbage after that. SledNutZ will catch shit next week or 2.

BTW : 1,013 mi – about 17 hours 17 mins 1 way

I don't smoke dude lol. Just put em down and don't pick em back up. I smoked 3 packs a day and just put them down one morning haven't had once since, 1.5 years ago. And I smoked for 21 years!

$2500 for 5 days is a little too steep lol. I'd have to calculate a couple different options and decide the best route to take. When would be the best time to go somewhere like that? Month wise that is. Maybe we could plan a trip 2 years out lol.

My Bad, I misunderstood you, thought you still puffed.

I've cut it back to a little over a pack a day most days, some it climbs up. But I know the only way I'm gonna completely quit is to just do it and be done. So I set the date.

I do still puff, but only the green natural shit lol. No additives for me lol.

I tried quiting so many different ways and times. Setting dates, cutting back. The only way to do it is cold fuckin turkey. About a month before I quit I started smoking them nasty friggin cheap ass smokes(sonoma if anyone cares), believe me they were nasty lol. After a month of them I was amazed how ready to quit I was lol. I literally woke up one morning and lit one, coughed and put the fucker out. I gave the pack to my wife and said I quit, haven't even had a teaser since.

I agree with your "cold-turkey" theory, the date is more of a mindset thing for me. I've tried the Chantix miracle cure shit and did cut back quite a bit. Course I also became unbearable to be around. (That may have been part deprivation of any good snows last fall.) Anyway I know after this season, to keep riding the mtns. I got to quit. So it's like which do I enjoy more, sledding or smoking? Easy answer for me.

I do have a friend that used the prescribed drugs and it worked for her, her husband it didn't work for though. I'm not sure what drug it is either. She quit and said she doesn't even have a want for them. She was a bitch to begin with though lol.

Who can justify that kind of money? I spent $1700 to be out west for 39 days. Believe me, you don't have to go to Revelstoke to ride deep snow. 174" of snow fell during my trip, and if I didn't blow at riding sled, I could have made a video like that. We all know Cuzzi is filthy rich, so if he could offer a financial aid package to other riders, Gerbil and I will go!

Ha.... that price is with an upgraded sled, LOL. It is something like 1900 miles for me so driving isn't so much of an option.

I know I don't have to go there but the guys I went to Cooke with have, they have been all over and everyone of them said nothing tops Revy.

As for being filthy rich... I think not. I just set aside money for my toys each year. Next year I won't be buying any toys and I should be debt free... so why not. $2500 is a bit high and it could be cheaper.. I haven't shopped around. There might even be companies who will transport your sled for you.

man look at that bottom left photo!! I am going to the shower to hide my tears.

if I won the lottery trust me we would have a groupl ride out there. but we would need a month of the biggest loser work out for us low levels to get used to thin air and in shape. then ride for a couple weeks.
