Default I need a clutch bolt for a 98 xc 700

Does anyone have an extra clutch bolt laying around for the 98 xc 700? Its for the primary, Cheap or i am hoping someone would be kind enough to let me have it for free. But if need be i can come up with a little cash for one. Ebay i cant find the one i need and they want like 15 plus like fuckin 13 shipping which is insane for shipping. They can go to hell.

Anyone?

Thanks

As Im sure you are aware...Im almost positive only a bolt from the 98 big blocks will work. They changed it out after that.

You may be hard pressed to find the right one used. Haydays would be the best bet.

If you are referring to the older or newer style, i dont remember what thread but i determined i do have the older style, where it screws through the clutch and then into the crank.

I do believe it is highly recommended that you DON'T run an engine without the clutch. But hey, your the almighty wise man...

The clutch acts as a "rev limiter" for the most part. Without the resistance on the crank stub, the engine can "free spin" and turn a ton of RPM, quite easily damaging the rotating assembly.
