Default snow today

Got some more snow overnight and now there is enough to use the sled for the signing day tomorrow.
I made a rig to haul my tools and supplies with.

As you can see, it's a home made dump trailer that I made to haul dirt and leaves and other junk with my tractor.
I took the wheels off and attached the front end of a sled that I cut apart so that I could have skis.

I attached the tie rod ends to the inside of the bulkhead as I do not have a welder to make the spindles solid to the frame.
I should have took more pics when I was building this, I only thought of them after I was testing it out.

That's a pretty sweet rig. Vert needs one to haul all of his backcountry safety gear. (Tee hee hee)

You did a real nice job on that RJ. I bet that help's out alot with setting up all the trail markers. We need more dedicated people like you on the trails.

Vert actually has a tub-type sled/hitch arrangement for when it's needed. Bought it with intentions of hauling extra fuel for the longer rides, haven't used it yet.

Always glad the gear I carry has such an amusing effect on some people.

Yep, I had a piece of plating and so I bolted it to the grab bar and now I can use my ball hitch too.

It's also the first time this year that it's been started since last March, 2 pulls and it's running.
Gotta love the EFI!!

Don't worry. You do it the right way. Nobody should make fun of that, but we still like to.

My 1993 550 had it, and it was easy.
