I need a garage. Fuck the house. I wonder if I can just buy a big fuckin garage on a small plot of land.

Fuck it, maybe I'll just rent a warehouse. It'd be cheaper than a house and I could install some badass equipment in there.

Couple of Truckers by me did exactly that... About 5 acres land 60x100 "Garage" with a small living/sleeping area the rest is all toys and tools.
