So what are you guys doing with your sleds over the summer? Leaving them alone until next season, cosmetics, minor tweaks, complete rebuilds, buying new? Lets here it!

I'd like to do some things to my 600sx, but with the economy and lack of money coming my way I think that may have to wait. Might do some cosmetic touch ups on the Formula Z, but as of now that's sadly it.

After I run a compression test on the XC 600, I might consider freshening the top end. If I have to re Nicasil the cylinders to do that, I probably won't, unless it's really bad. I may have all the shocks rebuilt, but there's no guarantee that will happen either. I WILL be going through the clutches and installing new springs and buttons. I had some clutching issues this spring, and I want my Boonditcher Pro-Model performing at its full potential next season.

I'm considering putting some air shocks on my RMK. Since the internet says that the Walker Evans shocks on the Dragons are crap, the resale on those is quite reasonable. Nobody on Snowest would get caught dead running those, so I hope to swoop in and get a great set of used shocks cheap. I want to put the riser from Mud's Dragon on my RMK. (...hint hint, Mud) That will put me about 2.25" over stock, which will be perfect. I'm also thinking about some scratchers because icy snow is causing some heat issues. Aftermarket vents seemed to be the overriding theme at the Expo in West Yellowstone, so if I want to be truly cool I'll need some of those. I'm not too concerned with being cool, so that's pretty low priority.

^^ pm me your address and I'll send you that riser sometime this summer lol.

I have to rebuild the indy400 for my son and probably gonna put some plastic skis on it since I have an extra set.

I have to finish the carb swap on the RXL and get everything switched over to the new tunnel. That's all I plan to do with the RXL. I'd still kinda like to sell it so I'll be trying to push it next year.

I'm not sure what I'm doing with the Dragon yet. I have a few different scenarios I'm working on, depends on if I can find an RMK tunnel. Either way I'll be getting the entire bulkhead, tunnel, and rails powdercoated black. The rest will be disclosed at a later date and time lol.

I've already turned my attention to our atvs. Drag season is approaching fast and there are a few things I'd like to tweek. Hoping to find some more drag tracks to attend too.

A good cleaning, maybe a SLP pipe kit, and little crap.

Why? LOL.

I might wait till a few other M8 owners who ride the UP do them first. Supposedly it is good below 3000 feet but I'm still scared.

Not sure yet, but I think I'll change the Escape over to single pipe, good cleaning/polishing on both, change steering post on RMK, whatever else happens to fall in there over the summer.

More power = More problems.

I'm happy with my sled the way it is to be honest. I'd like more power but the sled runs good as is. I dunno. You Pooplaris guys need to constantly do mods because you ride poop. Things are different when you own a real sled.

Understandable, my primary reason for going to single as opposed to twins is to gain consistency without being forced to re-tune constantly. UBR runs fine as is, it could just be more consistent. Less noise will be an added plus .......

Raptor will pretty much stay the same, might do some powdercoating/Rhino Lhining, but the power is all I need x10, so nothing expensive will be done.

And I might sell it to buy a bike, would really like an R6

its a 2011 model, I was thinking while typing and that is actually un-disclosed information.

It is however a polaris, its the continuation of the "rush" lineup, and will feature the bulletproof CFI 800 powerplant.

Were hoping customers will enjoy it as much as the fusion 900.
