Default blue/purple

what changes would a blue or purple secondary make to a 90 500. what needs to go with it? some one offered to sell some springs and I have no idea if I can use them, or should even try? primary will get a mild upgrade when I get it sorted out what i need.

500 is fresh rebuilt .040, single pipe, 1.5"x133"
not sure on gears yet, but will be down a notch or two from stock.
primary use will be S MN ditches and trails.

Porting give a 500 much of a wake up call?

pulled apart my two clutches.

1. light blue spring and 10_MB weights 47.5gram

2. unpainted spring with a spot or two of red and white paint,
10_ weights 50grams notched
Came of a dead 488 fan so I have no idea what its acts like.
