2nd time in 150 mi, to lean on exhaust side, any input would help

Need a little more info! Pics would be nice if you got em!

How's your fuel injectors.That could happen if the are getting plugged!

get more fuel. on the exhaust side damage says lean, the piston was the result of the problem. putting in more pistons wont fix the problem.
if its an efi sled then you need to check, pump, injectors, filters and anything else. if its a carbed sled then clean the carbs and double check jetting specs to factory settings.

It is efi, have not opened it up yet, awaiting new piston and rings, not sure how bad it is yet. plug was sand blasted, So many variables, Im not sure where to start, if the sled wasn't in amacualate shape I whould send it.
Just rebuilt all the shocks. Man this sucks! Now we have 3 ft of snow.. go figure...defiatly leaned out somehow, anyway of checking some of these parts rather than just throwing new parts at it.

Also need to check for air leaks.
Throttle body flanges, crank seals, base gasket, case gasket, head gasket, and coolant leak.
