Default We Finally Got Our First Ride In

Got up the canyon and on our sleds by 11:00. Just putting in a couple hours of riding to break in RMKers newly rebuilt engine, and see how my new sled runs and handles. I definitely noticed the difference in power! Only a few minor adjustments need to be made to mine and i am good to go!
Had a great time.
I posted some pictures of our drive up the Poudre Canyon - scenery and wildlife that we saw. Then the riding pics. We ended up with about 12 to 18 inches of snow to ride in, so did not get to do a lot or boondocking. Need deeper powder for that!

Looks nice! Much better than the cornfields I saw this past weekend (Not that I'm complaining that I got to ride).
Good to know you love your sled (Not that we thought you wouldn't )

Sweet!
Nice pics to. I love how you always have such a variety. Truck/trailer/sledding/wildlife and that cool ice crystal one. lol

We made it out this weekend too. 50 miles on Saturday. Weeeeee

I don't think I've ever made it out before Christmas, I'm proud to have somewhat of a jump on the season!

I love taking pictures! That one of the fox is a sliver fox and it is pretty rare to see one around here. Thought I would take a few scenery pics going up the canyon and of the wildlife we normally see - to give all of you an idea of what it is like. Even thou it may take us an 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to get to where we like to sled, it is pretty scenery getting up there
Once I started getting use to the power behind this sled, I was having fun catching a little air now and then going down of the trails. Gave RMKer a nice spray of snow like I get when I follow him.
