It was a beautiful day.
Scott Rapp, Lou Lopasco , and myself went local (mostly).
Playing in a field along the trail.
We started at my place and left a little after 9am.
Went down to the village and gassed up. Then headed out toward Moravia. Trails were in fair to good condition. Moravia had groomed that night and Hoag Ave and Cloverleaf were flat and smooth. We were traveling at a good clip through there. Stopped for a chat and smoke (Scott and Lou) in the park (Fillmore Glen) at the intersection
Where we saw these folks.
We took the North Trail back up to Cloverleaf and headed over to Lake Como Inn for lunch. Had some very good Chili there.
We then headed to C5A south toward Virgil and then over toward Dryden where the ride came to an ignominious end.
The fuel pump relay in my sled gave out. Managed to get it to run long enough to get to the road (Mott Road) where we gave up on it and Lou told me to take his sled so I could get home and get the trailer. Took me about 30 min to make the round trip and then we loaded it up and headed back to my place. Scott decided to just head home rather than go back to my place.
