need some input here people, I have a 2005 700xcsp that will flash the temp light at me when the tach reads 7000 rpms and above, now I know its my det sensor......but what can I do to keep this from happening? I have fresh 87 octane fuel in it and it has 400 miles on it. should I take it to the dealer since its still under warranty? Im getting frustrated and dont know what to do......

I'm cheap on oil, but not on gas. All my 2-strokes get Premium. 10% ethanol will kill ya.

I think nonethanol gas is illegal in MN now. I can't find it anywhere. In a couple years we'll be at 20% ethanol and NOTHING will run decent anymore.

Yes - it adjusts your timing depending on the octane.

I would never take a chance with regular unleaded.
