I notice these a lot for the edge chassis and not other chassis on Polaris.

Are the Edges that prone to tunnel bends.

The metal is much thinner on the Edge's. Plus, the edge's don't have the floorboard coolers - those add a tone of strength.

Polaris did make GenII kits but they are harder to come by. I've got a beat up set that are still on my old IQr tunnel if anyone wants them. But you'll owe me shipping and it's at least a 2 beer grinding project to get them off.
