Default WTB: 133.5 track or 136

my stock track is 15 x 133.5 x 1.25

id like to go to a 15 x 136 x 1.5

i dont believe i can go to much larger of a lug. I have a guy that has a mint condition polaris composite track 15x136x2.0 for $100

that lug would probably/wont fit my sled

stock specs

I'm not trying to spend $700 on a sled worth $1000.

I'm only missing two lugs in my current track.

I've found a couple 136 tracks, but the lugs were 2in.

Cut em down, stiffer lugs make for good trail tracks

I think polarisrich had a good tutorial. But just use a couple of razor blades and cut them down to 1.5 or 1.75

Ok, so you have the 133.5 SKS suspension to start with.

On the real cheap, remount your skid straight back 1.25" (136-133.5 = 2.5/2 = 1.25")

Or get an offset axle and put it in backwards, probably using 8" wheels

Its exactly how it sounds, the axle is offset (usually towards the front) to allow the use of 8-10" rear wheels. They're about $200 brand new, $100 used.

If you get the 8 tooth drive (I would) see if he has the matching speed drive for it also.
