At least you have a sled.

Mookie will just be sitting in his empty quilting garage pretending he has a snowmobile.

Yamaha's are far to masculine for Mookie, he likes pink kitty kats.

That storm down by Mankato is SICK! There's red on the radar, and that's not too common in the winter. Someone's gonna get a megadumping out of this!

I got up this morning hoping for at least a couple inches since the forecast called for 3-5 but as per the norm I look outside to see we got a dusting at best.

I don't even think we got a dusting out of the deal.

I am always a little confused when the "Powers that Be" send snow where it's not wanted or even useful. For example, Rock got a shitload, and has to go to work, whereas almost everyone north of his location are all ready to go and chomping at the bit (except Rubi).

The Minnesota Department of Transportation has closed all state highways and interstate 90 in south central and southwestern Minnesota.Highways across eleven counties closed at 3:30 this afternoon. Those include highways in:Blue Earth, Brown, Cottonwood, Faribault, Jackson, Martin, Nicollet, Nobles, Rock, Waseca and Watonwan counties. In addition interstate 90 is closed from the South Dakota border to Albert Lea...Quite a few vehicles were still traveling along Highway 14 this afternoon, even with the road closings already in effect.Driving on closed roads can result in penalties up to 90 days in jail and a one thousand dollar fine, and any one who needs to be rescued will incur additional costs.MnDOT officials say it is all about safety. Rebecca Arndt says, "We're having difficulties seeing now, as are many motorists. We've seen crashes. And when darkness falls, on top of that, the plows will be pulled - we need to keep our folks safe too."All highways in the eleven counties and interstate 90 will remain closed until further notice. For the latest information you can got to 511 MN dot org.

You guys suck. All that rain yesterday made our snow look like it was thrown down in snowballs. The ditches are full but the grass is showing here and there. I'm hoping it dumps today like its suppose to but it's not snowing.

Some one stole 2 shovels which was not such a big deal, happens every year. we leave a couple cheap ones out for tenets that are not bright enough to move there car before the big trucks plow the street. But someone also took the tire chains off the plow truck. They had to lift the truck to get the chains out from under the tire!
Building next door has a sloped lot and some of the Southerners have to get up early to go out to the farms they work at. They spent a few hours getting cars out of there last night. Lots of pushing and sliding. Any Bets?
I had to go 20 miles to find another set. Last one they had there.
