Default Uh. Tail light removal on 98 xc 700?

I believe its a 98 xc 700 seat i have on my 98 rmk, the one with the big wrap around tail lights. Well my tail lights dont work, but the brake lights work. How in the hell do you remove the lens? I took the 5 screws out of each side lens, and well neither come off. The middle lens comes off but that isnt even a light its just a lens. The two side ones have the lights but they wont come off?

There is two bulbs on each side on that wrap around style tail light. The lenses are a pain to get off if they have never been off before, just use a small flat head screwdriver to slowly and carefully pull the lenses off once the screws have been taken out.
