I said I would never post it until its done but I am getting close and thought I would post it anyway. Lots of progress pictures. As it sits now, its needs some plumbing done, final fit on the pipes and some electrical then just little stuff to finish it up. And sorry powersledder, this is the REAL project PSI.

It's called a girdled head, although this isn't a one piece; but it does the same thing. It spreads the stress out across all the jugs, things start to flex when you have a lot of power.

I have had it for awhile, I think I picked it up on SF

Ordered a few things for it in the past couple days.
SLP SLT skis
Cat roller secondary to play around with
Koso digital tach/water temp gauge
Scratch the Koso tach and gauge, Bikeman is out of stock of them and Koso doesnt make them anymore. Great back to the drawing board on what to do for a permanent tach.
Steering column on it has the bend in it, with that bend I cant use any type of airbox or pods. So I have a straight column that I will be putting on it.
Its my fault I should have checked it before I put it all together.
Well my thought of simply swapping out the column isnt going to work. As you can see in this picture the straight one is longer where it attachs to the bulkhead so it wont work. So I took the one with the bend in it to the machine shop and he is making it straight for me.
