Default low cylinder compression need help !

I'm in need of a little help ! The boy just picked up a 600 xlt special, had 120 psi on all three. Today it started bogging and he was able to limp it home and now it only has 90psi on the clutch side. How bad is this? Thanks for any help folks

Bad. Remove the Head. I bet the piston is broken or burnt a hole in it. Look at the plugs, was the low comp. cylinder plug white in color?
