Default Projectors and BBQ Grills

Odd combination I know. But I will be in the market for a projector and a grill and was hoping to get some feedback from you guys if you have any suggestions on either.

The projector would see some fairly heavy use. Being used several nights a week, so i want one that is still fairly visible in daylight but that's also going to last a long time.

I've noticed an ever cheapening trend in grills over the last few years. Seems like its getting harder to find one that's not ungodly expensive and not going to fall apart right away. Any brands to look for/away from?

AMEN!! I'm actually considering building my own grill with bricks next year lol. Unsure at this point if I'll attempt the build or just buy another damn grill.

I bought a weber charcoal grill a couple years ago and it's holding up pretty good.

Stay away from anything that cost less than $200.

I ended up finding a Huntington Rebel on clear out sale at Menards a while back. 40k BTU, 10k BTU side burner and rotisserie. Works pretty good.

You must be asking about a gas grill. The grill is all about the burners. Stainless steel like most of the Weber Genesis models or cast iron burners on some of the Aussie brands. Best gas grill will have 3 burners I have found thru experiance. Use all 3 burners to heat up the grill then shut off the center burner to cook. This way uses inderect heat to cook and chances of a flare up are reduced.

Another tip is if you can put some type of grate above the burners to allow some type of stone to cook over. I do this and use mesquite flavored stones and it gives everything a slight smoky taste. You can also use hickory flavored rock. JMO!

I'll have to go find some rocks, this grill has 'flavor wave' metal inserts.

This grill has 4 burners, so i use the 4 to heat and then shut down the center 2.

Bought a Weber gas grill in 1991 and haven't replaced it yet so there's my $0.02.

For projectors, I'm eyeing the AAXA P300 for sled trip evening reviews of photo/videos.
