Default Couple pics from riding last weekend

Just a couple shots of me catching a little air... nothing too spectacular. Met up with 12 other people from around Iowa that regularly psst in the Iowa sub-forum on HCS. Did a little over 70 miles.

I usually don't have shots of me, I'm usually behind the camera.

Where in IA is that?

Looks like a nice machine you have there, but I can't get a good look at it with all the snow flying around.

Thanks Ripn... don't get a lot of chances for that around FLAT Iowa!! I'm also getting better about hitting the jumps we do have... landing them better this year.

IBS those pics were taken just outside of Independence, IA. There was a pile of dirt nicely covered in snow that we tore the hell out of. I hit it three times. The third time I turned around and headed to go back down. I goosed it and lost my grip on the left bar. I hit the ground like I was riding a bucking bronc... one hand in the air flapping like an idiot. The sled bobbled, I fell off, it flipped and rolled. See pics below for the minor damage. Also pics of the way it looks without all the flying snow

The pic of it on snow is last year's windshield before I killed it. I can't seem to keep a windshield in good shape for more than a season. Maybe I should go to a much shorter one... less likely to get smashed when I roll it!

Last year I hit a culvert with the left ski. I bent radius rods, a ski, a trailing arm, the rear mount (just a little), broke a shock, and cracked my hood and windshield.

I was going to attach some pictures, but this thing won't let me right now.
